Hello. I had a tfmr in October 2015 due to T21. We are now pregnant with our rainbow and I am at the stage where we are deciding what tests to have. At our 12 week scan baby wasn't playing ball and although the sonographer said everything looked good and took 2 nuchal measurements (both under 2.1) she wasn't confident enough with the clarity to give us a definitive risk. She gave us an unofficial risk based on the nuchal and bloods which is 1:1400. But this isn't definite enough to be entered as our results. So the consultants have been pushing for us to have CVS, which they have been very supportive and offered this from the start. However we are reluctant because of the risk, which I know many of you can relate to. So we have been looking at the harmony rest. We are torn between getting a definite result with CVS/amniocentesis but reluctant due to the risk or go for the safe option of harmony and get a risk factor back again and I am aware this isn't diagnostic or 100% accurate. So, what I would like to ask is, those of you who have been in a similar position and gone for the Harmony - do you feel satisfied and confident with the result? Thank you xx
