Feeling relieved

so for the past week I've been having spotting on and off light brown in colour but the fact that it was there was freaking me out so much!My consultant asked me to go back in today at 8 weeks 2 days for another ultrasound and it turns out little bean is fine heart was beating strong and steady and it had doubled in size in just a week..that was a relief however he said he could see a small hematoma which he feels could be causing the spotting but wasn't too concerned about ..he didn't really say much else but I'm just wondering have any of you had this in early pregnancy ?and was it ok?I know Kamelia you mentioned having one before?
