Hi All,
I've been umming and ahhing about when to post on here. Got my BFP last thursday and was in denial the whole day - then did another test the next day and it was still a BFP. Might do another test later this week to be even more sure...
I still feel like it's so early but I've noticed i'm either in denial or stressing about things and may need to...vent?
I had a tfmr in August this year @ 23 weeks and her due date is coming up in December. My angel (DD2) had serious heart defects and 22q11 deletion. I'm blessed to have a dd1 who is 3 and a half.
I'm thinking a lot about screening and tests. I know I'll be offered a CVS or Amnio and I'm so torn about what I will do if I get that far. I don't want to risk rainbow but also want to know if he/she will be ok. I'm doing research into options and I've found a non-invasive screening test called Panorama. The test involves taking a sample of the mother's blood like with the harmony test. I'm wondering whether that would help reduce my worries and then not need to do invasive testing. You can test for microdeletions (e.g.22q11) with the Panorama test.
Has anyone gone for a Panorama test?
