Hello Ladies,
I'm 5+5 today. I don't have any noticable symptoms yet, no nausea or anything (hoping that's normal at this early stage!). Anyway, while I'm still able to eat I was just wondering if you ladies have any nice breakfast/lunch/dinner ideas for early pregnancy? I'm trying to avoid deli meats at lunchtime but there's only so many cheese salad sanbos I can stomach!
So do you have any ideas for a healthy diet for the growing bean?
