I've been sacked

last March I got a new job, since I've worked there I have found out that the previous employee in my position was sacked, 2 other members of staff have walked out since I've been there (it's a small place with about 8 staff), it's been awful, the business is owned and run by one person



at the end of last year I had to have about 3 months off and spent a month in hospital, I went back to work and then found out I was pregnant, and I am now signed off due to my pregnancy, I appreciate this is all unfortunate


previously I had a high up position responsible for 25 staff and an unblemished employment history


it has been difficult there, she is a nightmare to work for, before I was signed off she called me into a meeting and told me I was rude, did not follow her instructions, etc, i sought legal advice but got no where as no proof she is lying and the other staff were too scared to support me, she is doing this to get rid of me


I have received a letter today, I've been sacked


I can take more advice but I will get nowhere as she is stating I am impossible to work with, have not carried out any of my suggestions in my job application etc, it is all untrue but I have no back up


I will be able to claim maternity but I won't get any pay for the first 6 weeks, only smp now. I can't get another job due to being pregnant, i will get no holiday pay it means losing thousands of pounds , she is "cutting her losses"

I hate this unfair impossible world, I don't know what to do, we have 3 babies to pay for, I feel like I'm drowning
