what can i do with my evenings?

I feel really dreadful come 7pm so get into bed. Im tired of sitting on my phone and don't really have the concentration to read atm.


Im getting a bit bored of just laying here lol, I can't go to sleep too early because im awake at 3am.


Any suggestions? X
