Pregnancy vitamins with high dose folic acid?

I just got a thin second line on a test, think it's my BFP, and my mind's already in overdrive!


I had a tmfr in April after finding out the baby had anencephaly. As a result I've been on the high dose folic acid, 5mg I think, as opposed to 4microg, in hopes of preventing recurrence. Now I think I'm pregnant again I'm thinking about pre natal vitamins. All the ones I've seen have folic acid in. Am I ok to take them as well as my folic acid tablets? Or is it risking raising my dose? Is anyone aware of anywhere that stocks the vitamins without folic acid?
