1st app with fetal medicine tuesday no idea what to expect

So tomorrow will mark my 9 week mark and i have my 1st app with fetal medicine on tuesday still havent saw my own midwife as my booking app isnt untill im 12 weeks so im glad fetal medicine are seeing me . I lost my son a year ago on the 31st of december to T21 and that was aftet being given a 1% chance that he may have down syndrome . A 1% chance i never thought in a million years that it would happen to me with such a little percentage i know i will be higher risk this time because of my previous pregnancy so im panicing unless its a 0% then u cant really get any better odds than what i had .


Anyone know what to expect from my 1st app ? I know i will get an early scan but still dont think it will put me at ease .


Also to add we have considered the harmony test but its not an option for us atm .
