It may all be over :(

I'm 7w 5days with my rainbow pregnancy. I've had no spotting or bleeding at all with my last two pregnancies (son and angel). Yesterday afternoon out of nowhere I started bleeding bright red blood. It continued slowly for 8 hours. As soon as I saw it I rushed to my local epu but they had closed until Tuesday for the bank hol weekend!! A&E told me to go home, put a pad in and see if I miscarry. Said to me that coldly.

So my husband drove me to a much bigger hospital an hour away. I was there until midnight waiting to be seen. Eventually, the gynaecologist told me I didn't have much bleeding but my cervix was very slightly open. She said this could be normal for me but unusual for someone who hasn't had a vaginal delivery (I had a csection with my son. Although had the d&c for my angel last December). So she didn't think that was a good sign :( I read on google this is often called an inevitable miscarriage.

I've woke up this morning and there's no bleeding but I'm not feeling pregnant at all and my legs feel heavy like before a period. But I don't know how much I'm imagining. I've had no cramping at all yesterday or today and the bleeding from yesterday has stopped.

I'm waiting to hear from the hospital today about if I can have a scan over the weekend. But I may have to wait until Tuesday :(

I had an early reassurance scan only 4 days ago. Baby was measuring perfectly and heartbeat strong. So I'm so confused over what's gone wrong. My head keeps asking if the same abnormalities have struck again but this time my body has detected it!? In which case it happened to me twice.

I'm jumping ahead because I don't know if I'm miscarrying yet. But the slightly open cervix doesn't sound good.

I can't believe I might lose another baby :( Feeling numb.

There's not much point to this post except that I needed to share it. And if anyone has had something similar I'd really appreciate any advice.
