Did amyone not get an 8 week scan?

Hi all. I got my bfp yesterday. Due in April. I lost my baby girl almost 6months ago to sb and hydro.

When I saw the consultant in May, one of the questions I had was what extra scans I would get next time. She said she didn't know. Which I was quite baffled about. She knew I was going surely that's a common question?! Anyway she finally wrote us a letter a month or so later saying she's asked fetal medicine and they would scan me at 16 weeks. No mention of an 8 week. I don't think I've yet come across one person who's had a tfmr that hasn't been offered one at 8 weeks? My anxiety was through the roof last time and this time it's going to be worse. It's not even sunk in yet that i am pregnant. I almost don't believe I am.

I'm only around 3+6 so super early and our midwives don't see us until 8 weeks. So I will ring her next week to get it booked in and I will mention a scan at 8 weeks but im pretty sure they won't give me one 😔 i was also never told who to call once I was pregnant again. Just my midwife I assume?
