My gorgeous long awaited little rainbow Noah Emmanuel was born at 5.25am on 22/11/16. He is beyond perfect and i love him to bits.
Struggling a little with breast feeding at the moment but hoping things will settle soon.
My birth story is quite bizarre, my previous post explaining about my induction, the failed pessaries and talk of c section. The doctor came around 10pm on 21/11 and gave me a final gel, told me that they would break my waters in the morning with epidural and try for vaginal birth he wasnt confident that my cervix was any more favourable but said was a worth a shot. Within 2 hours i was in agony, the midwife on the induction suite didnt really pay me much attention as i think she assumed nothing would happen. I was begging for pain relief but told i couldnt have it until i was 4cm anyway, long story short they didnt even have time to examine me, i had laboured the whole time in the induction suite and when they did decide to look his head was there and i was pushing! I was rushed to delivery suite and 4 pushes later he was here.
Hes currently sleeping on me i cant stop looking at him! Its been really emotional and he looks just like my angels, i love that they are with him and i see a piece of them everytine i look at him.
Thank u for all your support, after everything that has happened i never thought i would be holding my own baby and it feels amazing !!
