I am really freaking out.
My bloods came back slightly elevated at 8.2mmol so have to go for GTT testing. However my stepdad is diabetic so used his little test kit on me about 3-3.5 hours after eating and it was 8mmol.
I'm only 16 weeks and now convinced I am going to have serious issues as apparently it can cause fetal defects and stillbirth :(
