Help needed ***losses mentioned****

Hi Ladies,


Some of you may remember me, some may not. I am hoping it's Ok to post here I'm not sure where else to post really.


For those that do know me you'll know I've lost two children in the space of two years. This year has been about healing and making happy memories and myself and DP have always made a plan to TTC again in December.


I found out Friday my boss is pregnant and I will be required to cover maternity leave. The job is management of 8 centres so very stressful and I'm concerned that I should tell them of my intentions to TTC. Firstly because it's very likely that our 3rd pregnancy will be another loss and this would affect my ability to cope in such role not to mention the added stress of having to cover a maternity leave. Or hopefully if all being well and I do go on to get my rainbow it would mean out maternity leave would overlap leaving the company quite stretched and at risk of no cover.


I'm looking for opinions really, is it wise to tell them of my plans and be upfront and honest? I'm just worried I will lose my job if I say anything.


I know you can't answer for me I just wanted some opinions as to what u think u would do in my situation?


I know this probably doesn't fit on the rainbows board so sorry if I shouldn't post it's just a little more active than the other boards.
