Urghh ended up in the day unit yesterday due to reduced movement. They put me on a trace and sent me for a scan because bump was measuring small. Growth was all fine according to sonographer but she did comment that movements were very subtle during the scan but she added baby might be in a sleep phase. I then went back on the CTG and had to stay on it for an hour as baby didn't move for another 30-40 mins. Then she did start moving and I could feel it quite often for 20 minutes and they were happy and said I could go home. I felt exhausted!
I'm glad that they said everything was ok but to be honest I'm still not feeling as many movements as before and nowhere near as strong. I've also noticed that the cord blood flow measurement that they do in the growth scan is right at the bottom of the normal range which is now worrying me too! Luckily I've got my 31 week midwife appointment tomorrow anyway. So will have a chat with her. Why is everything a constant worry!
