I'm 22 weeks and have had minor back niggles throughout this pregnancy but today my whole lower back is achey and feels a bit like period pain but in your back?! And even sitting I can't think of anything else.. Anyone have any experience of this? Is everything ok or should I worry? Baby is kicking away so I think it's fine?
