Indigestion help

It's hit an all time high and I'm really out off eating anything :-(


I'm taking gaviscon which does help a little, iv heard drs can prescribe something if it gets really bad has anyone else had this?


I'm avoiding trigger food now, spicy, fizzy drinks etc


Any other advice?
