So today I have tried...

... hot curry for tea, making a yummy chocolate cake that I hope I won't be around to eat (sods law!), and stood up as much as my back with allow.


Decided to avoid the pineapple - apparently you need to eat 7 of them which is more likely to give you indigestion than anything else. Raspberry leaf tea no good for people who've had sections before and should have been drinking it for weeks - is all about making labour easier rather than bringing it on.


Will try another walk again tomorrow and MIL has promised some reflexology later this week.


Any more ideas? Really want to avoid a section this time.
