So as my horsey is out of action and with my growing belly i decided to invest in some pregnancy fitness dvds as i have been feeling really lardy.
So I bought the complete pregnancy fitness box set from amazon, it has a pilates, yoga and general workout dvd as well as a post natal one. So as i seem to be feeling perky this morning i decided to try the workout dvd.
Man I thought i was relativley fit but apparently not, couldnt do all of it but suppose over time i'll get better. I think it will all help with labour but am concious i dont want to overdo it!!
Anyway just thought i'd share with you guys in case anyone else had similar thoughts. I would say its probably ok to start this in early pregnancy but wouldnt advise it if your not used to doing it and your further on!!
Now off for a shower and to hit those shops for some mat clothes!!!xx
