have just found out that the miscarriage I had last year was a result of Trisomy 16 which is not compatible with life. My pregnancy in 2012 was Trisomy 21 which we chose to terminate. I have miscarried again and will have a ERPC on Monday and a biopsy will be carried out again. I highly suspect another trisomy will be found to be the cause and am wondering if, at 40, I've used up all my good eggs (I have a nearly 3 year old son) and there is only a very small chance of a healthy pregnancy in the future if we keep trying.
My FSH was 6.2 when measured a few months ago but hasn't been tested recently. The nurse today suggested I go to the recurrent miscarriage clinic to have mine and my partner's bloods tested for genetic causes.
So...my question is...has anyone else had multiple trisomy pregnancies and gone on to have a healthy baby?
